Marta Owens
Emerging Faith-Based Counselor & Compassionate Leader
We are delighted to introduce Marta, a compassionate leader with a heart devoted to restoration and healing. She is a steady beacon of hope for women impacted by trauma and abuse, offering presence, empathy, and genuine care to every person she serves.
With a strong background in healthcare, Marta is known for her ability to meet people with understanding, excellence, and grace. She recently completed Leadership & Ministry School and is currently pursuing her Certificate in Biblical Counseling to further equip herself for the work God has placed on her life.
Marta co‑leads a women’s recovery small group for those healing from trauma, addiction, and abuse—providing biblical truth, practical tools, and mentorship shaped by her own lived experience. She also serves as the Director of Small Groups at her local church, where she empowers women to grow, connect, and walk confidently in their faith.
Marta’s dedication, compassion, and growing expertise make her a powerful emerging voice in faith‑based emotional and spiritual support. Her heart for restoration continues to inspire women to rise, heal, and embrace their God‑given identity.
Essence Jones-Brown, MS
Counselor & Emerging Trauma Professional
We are excited to introduce Essence, a focused and approachable leader who brings clarity, connection, and genuine care to every person she serves. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships and help individuals find the right solutions with confidence and compassion.
Essence is a graduate of Leadership & Ministry School and a committed leader in her local church, where she serves with excellence and a heart for people. She is currently preparing to become a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, expanding her skills to better support those navigating emotional wounds and life’s most challenging moments.

Eurinika Harris, MSW
Advanced Clinical Social Worker & Transformative Speaker
Eurinika is a visionary leader, Advanced Clinical Social Worker, and transformative speaker who helps women heal from trauma, reclaim their voice, and thrive in their God-given purpose. For more than 25 years, she has served in counseling, crisis response, and clinical supervision, blending trauma-informed practice with Christian faith to make healing both practical and deeply spiritual.
She is a certified Trauma-Informed Professional, Life Coach (ILCT), and Restorative Practitioner (IIRP), known for creating safe, hope-filled spaces where women can tell the truth about their pain and begin again. Eurinika holds degrees in Psychology (B.S., Ursinus College) and Social Work (M.S.W., University of Pennsylvania) and is currently preparing to complete her Doctor of Global Leadership (DGL).
Cosmi Konzelman, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Therapist
We are honored to introduce Cosmi, a licensed Clinical Therapist with more than 10 years of experience serving children, youth, and families across various areas of Social Work. Her heart for people and her commitment to healing shine through in every space she enters.
Cosmi brings a calm, solutions‑focused presence to our team. She specializes in drug and alcohol treatment for teenagers and has a remarkable ability to help individuals find clarity and practical steps forward, even in the most challenging seasons. In her private practice, she works with a wide range of diagnoses and provides a non‑judgmental, supportive environment where teens and adults can process trauma, navigate life’s pressures, and build resilience.
She is especially passionate about supporting women and adolescents who have experienced domestic abuse, childhood trauma, PTSD, and substance use disorders. When appropriate and desired by the client, Cosmi also integrates faith‑based approaches into her clinical work, offering a holistic path toward emotional and spiritual well‑being.
